His protégé, Richard Wintermantel, recommended me for a director position in a Motorola  business generating over $8 billion in annual sales. Prior position: Operations manager leading a $20 million worldwide P&L. Under my leadership, we accelerated revenue realization 4x and more than doubled revenue in a "no growth" region that had been flat for years.

Starting with Smiths Industries (now GE Aviation) as the foundation customer, we transitioned 10 principal customers worldwide to standard commercial semiconductors.

REVENUE GROWTH

Using “Own Latin America” as our strategic intent, we built a business ecosystem in Latin America. Revenues grew from a long-standing and flat $300M to over $720M in less than three years, resulting in a dominant market position in the region.

Identified and built a unique worldwide strategic partnership with Intel by matching Celoxica’s distinct  competency in application acceleration with Intel’s business and technology.

DEFINE THE FUTURE

We maintained and grew our market dominant position while identifying next generation designs, products, and wafer fabrication processes to ensure future industry success.

REVENUE ACCELERATION

We dramatically cut an integrated circuit design cycle to 6 months (industry: 24) using an innovative high-level system design methodology.

MARKETING

We developed and deployed new global branding processes that made Celoxica into a sophisticated global company, contributing to Fortune 500 business wins during a weak economy.

NET PROFIT MARGIN

Turned around an operation running a 9% net profit margin through comprehensive cost reduction programs and new product introductions.
